Yes. Palm Details is a mobile service based in Cronulla. Tell us your suburb and we’ll confirm coverage and a suitable place to work when arranging your detail.
How much does a detail cost?+
We quote based on the service, vehicle size and condition. Mention heavy sand, pet hair or stains in your enquiry so we can discuss the right level of cleaning. Your price is confirmed before the appointment.
What do I need to provide?+
Please let us know whether there’s access to a water tap, power and a safe place to work around the car. We’ll confirm the setup before your appointment. Remove valuables and personal items beforehand.
How long will it take?+
It depends on your vehicle and the service you choose. We’ll give you an estimated appointment length when we confirm your quote.
Can you remove every stain or scratch?+
No detail can promise that. Let us know what concerns you and we’ll discuss what our services can realistically achieve. Deep upholstery extraction, machine polishing and paint correction aren’t part of our listed packages.
What happens if it rains?+
Mobile detailing depends on a suitable workspace and weather. If conditions aren’t right, we’ll discuss shelter or arranging another time with you.
